Returnable Items

- Manufacturing Defects: Poor printing quality, material flaws
- Our Error: Wrong size, color, or product shipped
- Shipping Damage: Items damaged during transit
- Design Error: Significant deviation from approved design

- Report Issues: Within 2 days of delivery
- Item Condition: Unworn, unwashed, original condition
- Packaging: Original packaging preferred but not required

Non-Returnable Items

- Custom Designs: Unless manufacturing defect exists
- Worn/Washed Items: Items that have been used
- Change of Mind: After design approval
- Color Variations: Minor screen display differences
- Print Position: Variations within 5cm tolerance
- Customer Damage: Damage after delivery

- Ship Return (within 3 business days of RA): Pack securely, include RA number, use approved courier, and keep tracking.
- Processing: Inspection (1–2 business days), approval via email, replacement or refund in 3–7 business days, with status updates provided.
